You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase. This brief window allows us to process cancellations before your order enters our fulfillment system.
How to Cancel Your Order
For Account Holders:
- Log into your Kravzr account
- Navigate to My Orders
- Locate your order and click Cancel Order
- Confirm your cancellation
Don't Have an Account?
No problem! You can create an account using the same email address you used to place your order, then follow the steps above to cancel.
After the Cancellation Window
Our dedicated team works diligently to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your items promptly. Once the 30-minute cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests or order modifications can be accommodated, as your order may already be in the fulfillment process.
