Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, which takes 5–8 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before your item ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to select countries. Please check our shipping options at checkout to see if we deliver to your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package through our trusted carriers, FedEx or UPS.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to make changes as your order enters fulfillment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact.
How do I start a return?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?
Yes! Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The same 14-day return window and eligibility requirements apply.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your Kravzr jewelry looking beautiful, avoid exposure to chemicals, water, and excessive force. Store pieces in a cool, dry place when not wearing them. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

What is your warranty coverage?
We offer a two-year warranty from the date of receipt covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Normal wear and tear, improper care, and third-party modifications are not covered.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Some natural tarnishing may occur over time with certain metals. This is normal wear and tear. Proper care and storage can help minimize tarnishing.
